Happy Valentine's Day!

Hand Painted Converse Sneakers

 My sister wanted for her birthday a pair of hand painted sneakers with her little nephew( the way I paint him).
 I first made the sketch on Flash ( the first photograph ) , which differs a little bit from the original painting on the shoes. I wanted the contours to be slightly darker than the other colors, but even the thinnest brush didn't worked on this uneven and a little bit hairy surface. This is why I took black permanent water resistable pen for the contours. But I hope she likes it anyway!
( Oh yes, and Olivia by Ian Falconer watched the whole process very carefully!)
